How do I create an account?

Creating an account is a simple process. You can do it quickly online by completing the online registration form or call one of our sales advisors on 0844 7900000

During the registration process you will need enter the number plate details for all the vehicles you wish to be covered

 

What do we get once our account is set up?

Once your account is created you have access to a wealth of information and expertise to assist you in successfully appealing you company parking tickets.

You will have access to:

  • A direct phone number for support queries
  • A direct fax number to send your tickets and other supporting documentation
  • A dedicated email address to send your tickets and other documentation
  • A mobile gateway number to send us any supporting picture/video/photo messages from your mobile phone
  • A dedicated team of experts on your side
  • A client login to allow you to submit appeals to us online

What type of businesses do you cover?

Our main clients are businesses that have a fleet of vehicles which are typically involved in collecting and delivering goods as part of the normal daily activities. We specifically provide this service for these types of businesses because they encounter unique problems and in fact are normally exempt from getting parking tickets whilst performing loading/unloading

These businesses include but are not limited to: couriers, delivery companies, service companies, florists, motorcycle couriers, light goods vehicles, removal and storage companies, haulage firms etc.

What does it cost?

The only payments required are:

Set-up Fee: £9 per vehicle/month (you are charged at 6 monthly intervals)

Parking Ticket Appeal Fee: £2.50 to handle an appeal

Parking Ticket Success Fee: £10 once your ticket has been cancelled

There are no separate charges for:

  • Sending us your parking tickets
  • Checking your tickets
  • Launching the appeal
  • Contacting the council
  • Sending follow-up letters to the council
  • Submitting appeals to the adjudicator

Clamp/Removal Appeal Fee: If you business vehicle has been clamped or towed the charge is £49 to handle the appeal



Can I get my money back?

We want our customers to experience an excellent customer service, therefore we offer a 'no quibble' 30 day money back guarantee of your set-up fee if your'e not happy with anything. We aim to continually improve our services to you and we also welcome any feedback you may have

If any work has been started to appeal any ticket you've submitted an amount equal to 50% of the discounted price of the ticket may be retained at our discretion

Am I guaranteed to get all my tickets cancelled?

With the very nature of parking tickets we are unable to guarantee to cancel all your parking tickets. Only a council or adjudicator can cancel tickets. We evaluate each case separately and decide whether to appeal based on the following:

  • Facts of the parking offence
  • A visual check to validate the ticket
  • A check of supporting documentation
  • The type of contravention
  • The validity of signs and lines
  • Previous success with similar cases

We will let you know if we feel you have a grounds for a successful appeal and then inform you of the best course of action.

In some instances we may advise that the ticket should be paid without appealing

Although there is no guarantee of success, below are results of appeals made against some councils between April to June 2007 (source PATAS)

Westminster - 91% of all parking appeals were successful
Southwark - 83% of all parking appeals were successful
Hackney - 81% of all parking appeals were successful
Hounslow - 92% of all parking appeals were successful
Lambeth - 73% of all parking appeals were successful

As you can see, once an appeal is launched the odds are heavily stacked in the favor of the motorist getting a successful outcome

Why do I need to send you the ticket as soon as I receive it?

It is always best to send us the ticket immediately to give us enough time to gather the information to launch a successful appeal

If we are able to present this to the council within the 14 day window we can normally preserve your right pay the reduced amount if the council rejects the appeal at this informal stage and we decide not to take the matter any further

How do I send you the tickets and other supporting documentation?

Once your account is created you will get a dedicated fax number, email address and postal address to send documents

We advise using the fax or email address for speed and efficiency

Why do you only offer this service to businesses with commercial vehicles?

Our 'speedy appeal' system has been tailor-made to address the issues specifically faced by businesses with commercial fleets. Typically these vehicles are engaged in collecting or delivering of goods or services

What other information do I need to send along with the ticket?

It is essential for a successful appeal to include as much supporting documentation as possible including the appeal form we ask you to complete with each appeal:
