Mr Kay drove off before the ticket could be issued to him, however he still got a letter in the post from Camden demanding payment, he said:

"I knew that this ticket had not been issued correctly but your guide explained exactly what i needed to do to get the council to cancel it"

Mr Rob was given a ticket for allegedly parking on a yellow line, however after reading the guide he found that he had valid grounds to appeal. The council rejected his reasons (as they normally do) and he took the matter to the Adjudicator...and won. he says:

"You guys are doing a fantastic job of giving us all this information at such a bargain price, it's the best investment i've made this year"

With the help of the guide, Kevin appealed on the grounds that his parking ticket had errors. As you can see the council did not put up much of a fight with the black and white evidence they had (the parking ticket):

"Your book was worth every penny"

Mr Morris had stopped on a yellow line to unload his car. On his return the Parking Attendant was issuing him a ticket even though there were no restrictions for loading. After presenting the facts to Islington they decided to drop the case:

"Once again this council attempted to rip me off, if it wasn't for sheer persistence and the information you supplied i would have just paid "
